DPS hosts and manages the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings.
Your credit card details are not held by cityfitness and cannot be accessed by cityfitness staff. However they may be held by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS).
Collection of statistical and survey data
cityfitness may collect non-identifiable, statistical information regarding the pages you visit on our site. We may from time to time conduct Customer Surveys with regard to customer satisfaction, purchasing and demographics. Identifiable information is not requested. Surveys help us improve our service.
